Have you ever wanted to be a superhero? Now is your chance to make it reality. Every child needs a hero, but abused children need superheroes. Why not have that superhero be you?
In the greater Richmond area, hundreds of volunteers have been working more than 20 years serving as true superheroes to abused and neglected children through the Henrico CASA and Chesterfield CASA programs. These Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers have stood beside nearly 3,800 abused and neglected children to watch over their cases and ensure they remain a priority in an overburdened legal and social service system. CASA’s goal is to ensure each child is kept safe from further abuse and placed in a loving, permanent home.
We want to offer your business the opportunity to partner with us in our battle against abuse and neglect by serving as a sponsor for our exciting family event. Click on the above link to the sponsorship brochure which details the sponsor packages we have available.
Building on the success of our previous events – which brought out more than 3,000 runners and their families, while raising nearly $230,000 for our programs – we anticipate the CASA 2016 Superhero Run will attract close to 1000 participants from throughout the metro Richmond region. Show your superpowers and inspire your community to be amazing in the fight against child abuse.
