Race Times: Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. The Kids’ race will start at 9:00 a.m. The 5K will follow at 9:30 a.m (clock stops at 10:30 a.m.).
Race Fees:
Registration: Children under five do not need to be registered to ride in a stroller. If you have any issues with online registration or would prefer to register by phone, please contact Barbara Herzog at 804-501-1671. Yes - you can still register on race day up until 9:00a.m.
The Course: The race will start and end on the historic campus of St. Joseph’s Villa. This is a flat and fast course with our previous top finisher clocking 14:55. Timing will be provided by the Richmond Road Runner's Club.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded in age groups based on race results. Prizes also will be awarded to those wearing the most heroic costumes.
Packet Pick-up: To save time on race day, you can pick up your packet on Friday, April 27, 2012 from noon-6:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Villa. Interested runners can also preregister or preview the course at that time. If you can't make it Friday, please pick up your packet by 9:00am on Saturday.
Parking: Parking will be available on the grounds of St. Joseph’s Villa.
Weather: The event will go on rain or shine. If severe weather arises, we might have to cancel the event. A final decision will be made on the day of the race.
For Your Safety: Water stations and a medical team will be available. The following will not be allowed: bikes, skateboards, roller blades, dogs, headsets, and unregistered runners.
